We primarily offer online sessions so that students can learn from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
On special occasions, we may arrange in-person sessions by request, depending on coach/tutor availability and location.
How do I know if my child is making progress?

Periodic assessments (about every 8 weeks) to identify and close learning gaps

How flexible is the tutoring schedule?

Rescheduling within this window is free and simple through our scheduling system

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy:
Cancel more than 12 hours before the start time: you can reschedule the session.
Cancel within 12 hours: the session may be counted as used and not refunded.
